We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop Specialist who thrives in the fast-paced world of social commerce. In this role, you will take ownership of our TikTok Shop operations building our product presence, engaging with creators, and driving revenue through compelling shoppable content. If you have a passion for digital retail, a deep familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem, and a track record of converting views into sales, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Manage TikTok Shop operations: Set up and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless and accurate storefront experience at all times.
- Develop shoppable content strategies: Plan and execute product-linked video and live commerce strategies that align with brand goals, seasonal campaigns, and trending TikTok formats.
- Coordinate creator and affiliate partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program to drive product discovery and conversions at scale.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Monitor key metrics including GMV, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS using TikTok Seller Center and analytics dashboards to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams: Work cross-functionally to align TikTok Shop campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand messaging for consistent storytelling.
- Stay current on platform trends and policies: Keep up with TikTok algorithm updates, commerce features, community guidelines, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive and compliant shop presence.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven TikTok experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop or running TikTok commerce campaigns with measurable sales results.
- Platform proficiency: Solid working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, and the TikTok Shop Affiliate marketplace.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with creators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Capacity to manage multiple products, campaigns, and creator relationships simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce background: Prior experience in marketplace management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) or direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations.
- Content creation ability: Hands-on skills in short-form video production, editing, or live hosting to support shoppable content needs.
- Multilingual proficiency: Ability to communicate in multiple languages to engage diverse audience segments and creator communities.
