Job Description

How you'll make an impact?

Our client is a leading U.S.-based men's health clinic specializing in advanced, evidence-based wellness and medical aesthetic solutions. They provide state-of-the-art procedures designed to improve confidence, quality of life, and overall well-being in a professional, patient-centered environment built on trust, care, and results.

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will serve as the key point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking prospects. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding prospects through the consultation process with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven professional fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) to support client acquisition and follow-up. This role requires strong communication skills and a sensitive, consultative approach when engaging with individuals seeking medical aesthetic services. You will manage lead pipelines, handle inquiries, conduct follow-ups via phone and email, and ensure every prospect experiences a smooth and respectful journey from first contact to consultation booking.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound inquiries from English and Spanish, speaking prospects via phone, email, and CRM
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to warm leads who have expressed interest in client's services
  • Qualify prospects using consultative, open-ended questioning to understand their needs, timeline, and readiness to book
  • Book qualified consultation appointments directly on the client's calendar with accurate notes and contact details
  • Manage and update the lead pipeline in the CRM system daily

Bilingual Communication

  • Deliver all sales conversations, emails, and follow-up messages with equal fluency and professionalism in both English and Spanish
  • Adapt tone, language, and communication style to match each prospect's preference
  • Draft bilingual email templates and scripts as needed in collaboration with the client's team

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Create a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential first impression with every prospect
  • Address common questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and accurate information about the consultation process
  • Escalate complex clinical questions to the appropriate team member immediately
  • Send pre-consultation reminders and post-consultation follow-ups to maximize show rates and client satisfaction

Reporting & Pipeline Hygiene

  • Log every call, email, and lead interaction in the CRM the same day
  • Report weekly on lead volume, contact rate, appointments booked, and show rate
  • Flag objection patterns, drop-off points, and messaging gaps to help the team refine scripts and outreach

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, customer-facing roles, or client relations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce clear, error-free professional messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting sales or service conversations by phone and comfortable with a high volume of daily calls
  • Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) to manage leads, log notes, and track pipeline status
  • Comfortable handling sensitive, private, and confidential client inquiries with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare services, wellness, or any client-facing role in a private or sensitive services industry
  • Experience working with U.S.-based or Latin American clients
  • Familiarity with consultative selling techniques with the ability to guide a prospect rather than hard-sell
  • Background in appointment setting for high-ticket services where trust and relationship-building drive conversion

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bilingual confidence: You switch seamlessly between English and Spanish
  • Empathy first: You lead every conversation with genuine care and respect for the privacy of the prospect.
  • Persistence with professionalism: You follow up consistently and creatively but you never pressure or rush a prospect who needs time.
  • Pipeline ownership: Your CRM is clean, your follow-up sequences run on time, and you know exactly where every lead stands without being asked.
  • Reliability: The client can count on you to show up, respond quickly, and represent the brand with the same quality every single day.
