Job title: Real Estate Business Development Representative

Job Description

How you'll make an impact?

As a Real Estate Business Development Representative at AMZ AllStars, you will be the frontline driver of our expansion into the real estate vertical. You will prospect real estate businesses and agencies with active hiring needs, reach out through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and book qualified discovery calls directly with our CEO.

AMZ AllStars has built a strong track record placing remote talent for e-commerce businesses. We are now expanding into real estate — a massive, hiring-active industry where virtual assistants, executive assistants, appointment setters, and transaction coordinators are in high demand. You will be the person who opens those doors.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven, persistent, and results-oriented BDR who thrives on outbound outreach and understands how to turn a cold contact into a warm conversation. This role requires strong cold calling instincts, professional written communication, and the ability to quickly qualify whether a prospect is a fit for AMZ AllStars' staffing services.

You will report directly to the CEO, and work alongside the AMZ AllStars internal team. If you are a real closer who understands the staffing or recruitment space and wants to break into real estate business development — this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify real estate businesses, brokerages, and agencies in the U.S. that are actively hiring or scaling their back-office and virtual teams
  • Research target decision-makers — brokers, team leads, operations managers, and founders — using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Realtor.com, Zillow, and other prospecting tools
  • Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of qualified leads with accurate contact information and outreach history

Outbound Outreach

  • Execute daily multi-channel outreach: cold calling (primary), cold email, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with real estate decision-makers
  • Conduct 50 to 80 outbound calls per day and send 40 to 60 emails per day to qualified prospects
  • Follow up persistently and professionally — email, call, text — using a structured sequence until a decision is reached
  • Do not leave voicemails by default; use missed calls strategically to generate callbacks and confirm active numbers

Qualification & Discovery Call Booking

  • Qualify prospects using open-ended questions to uncover their hiring needs, pain points with current staffing solutions, and readiness to explore AMZ AllStars' services
  • Book qualified discovery calls directly on the CEO's calendar for prospects who meet the criteria
  • Send reminder follow-ups before each booked call to minimize no-shows — Day 1 and 1 hour before the call

CRM & Reporting

  • Log all outreach activity, call notes, and pipeline updates in the shared CRM system daily — no exceptions
  • Report weekly on call volume, reply rate, meetings booked, and pipeline health
  • Flag patterns: industries responding well, objections encountered most, and messaging that is generating traction

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or business development — ideally within real estate, staffing, or a related B2B service
  • Demonstrated experience doing high-volume outbound calling (50+ calls per day) with documented results — meetings booked, leads generated, or deals supported
  • Strong written English skills — can craft concise, personalized cold emails without sounding templated or generic
  • Comfortable with rejection — persistent, thick-skinned, and able to maintain momentum across long outreach cycles
  • Self-directed and organized — able to manage your own pipeline and schedule without daily supervision
  • Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, Podio, or equivalent) and dialers (RingCentral, MoJo, CallTools, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based real estate clients — especially in markets like Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, or Arizona where virtual team hiring is common
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology: buyer's agents, listing agents, transaction coordinators, ISAs (Inside Sales Agents), wholesaling, off-market leads
  • Experience working at or prospecting on behalf of a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or virtual assistant company
  • Track record of building a client pipeline from cold — not just working inbound leads

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Hunter mentality — you find the lead, make the call, and book the meeting without being asked twice
  • Speed as a value — you treat every reply from a prospect as a hot lead and respond within minutes, not hours
  • Pipeline discipline — your CRM is clean, your follow-up sequences never lapse, and you know exactly where every prospect stands
  • Coachable and collaborative — you share what is working and what is not, and you adapt your approach based on feedback from the CEO
