Training Schedule: First 2 Weeks @ Office (Makati) - 11am-8pm
Regular Schedule: Tue-Thur at the Office (Makati) - 11am-8pm
Mon & Fri Remote, 11am-8pm
Evening Work (As Needed):
This role will require some amount of evening work to accommodate employee endorsements, hand-offs, and timely replies, as we work with US clients.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience, to help us build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and endorsing top-quality candidates to fulfill our clients hiring needs. You will work closely with both our internal teams and external clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process that delivers high-quality talent alignedwith client expectations.
This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of sourcing strategies, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). A background in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition is essential.
Recruitment Operations
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and
- proactive headhunting.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates qualifications.
- Endorse qualified candidates to the Client Services team in a clear and professional
- manner.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Client & Candidate Relationship Management
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to align on hiring requirements and
- client preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring
- timely updates and a positive experience.
- Represent Amz-AllStars professionally in all candidate and client interactions.
Process & Quality Control
- Ensure that all candidate endorsements meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within our ATS and internal trackers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent pools.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
