Erick has spent 12+ years in e-commerce as an operator, acquirer, and builder, launching and exiting multiple bootstrapped companies before helping scale one of the industry's largest aggregators.

At Thrasio, Erick took on a leadership role overseeing a large Philippine-based team and building out Amazon Seller Central accounts across international markets through a series of acquisitions.

Today he speaks globally about offshore team-building, international talent strategy, and the playbook behind AMZ AllStars.

Erick's Origin Story

From Gainesville to Manila

Erick earned his Bachelor's in Business from the University of Florida, where he led the Entrepreneurship Club for three consecutive semesters. He took one summer off to intern at Google before taking a leap of faith and boarding a one-way flight to Asia to better learn e-commerce and build teams on the ground, for his own businesses.

He relocated to Manila and bootstrapped multiple companies from scratch, including two Amazon FBA exits with best-selling products and a 25+ person creative agency acquired by an Asia-based private equity firm.

He later would serve as a founding member at Thrasio (an acquirer of eCom brands) that would subsequently acquire $1B revenue of brands in 24 months. In Erick's leadership role he oversaw the creation & operations of the Philippine-based team, that by year 3 would surpass 300+ headcount.
